1. Requirements release

2. Resume delivery
Candidates can post resumes according to the required positions released by the company. For the post resumes that are not being released, we will put them into the talent pool.
Among them, the recruitment websites under cooperation at the current stage are Zhaopin.com and 51job. In addition, the information and contact information published by other recruitment websites need to be verified and confirmed with us.
 
3. Resume screening
During the workday, the person in charge of recruitment will update and maintain the published recruitment information every day, and preliminarily screen the submitted resumes. Within 10 working days after the delivery of the resume, we will notify the suitable person by telephone, email or text message for interview. For those who are not suitable for the time being, we will store your information in our human resources information database, and we will contact you in time when there is a cooperation opportunity.
 
4. Organize interviews
The person receiving the interview notice shall attend the interview on time within the agreed time. The interview is divided into written examination, preliminary examination and re-examination according to the position difference. The following items shall be prepared for the first interview:
a. Original and copy of graduation certificate (personnel with bachelor's degree or above also need to prepare the diploma and copy);
b. Other qualification certificates (such as professional title certificate, English grade certificate, computer grade certificate, accounting certificate and other professional qualification certificates);
c. Original and copy of ID card.
 
5. Employment notice
Within 5 working days after the interview, we will notify the qualified interviewees by phone or SMS. Those who fail to receive the phone call or text message will be deemed to have failed the interview, and their resumes will be included in the talent pool, and they will contact you when they have a suitable position.
Among them, the new graduates who have passed the interview should mail the tripartite agreement (personal information and company information should be completed) to the company within 5 working days after receiving the notice. If the tripartite agreement is not mailed within 5 days and the reason is not explained, it will be deemed as giving up the opportunity.
 
6. Probation period requirements requirements
The qualified personnel for the investigation and interview shall report in accordance with the employment notice time in the phone, SMS or email. Those who fail to report within the specified time without special reasons shall be deemed to have given up.
According to different positions, the probation period is 2 to 3 months. During this period, it is necessary to participate in training and internship as required. Qualified employees will be transferred to regular employees, and unqualified employees will be extended the internship period or terminated the contract.
